OUR WINNERS ARE CHOSEN!

WOW, hello after a LONG weekend!

Our Annual 3 Day Holiday Sale has definitely made this weekend super busy and exciting.

What's even more exciting, we chose 2 Winners for our Holiday Giveaways!

The first is to our twitter winner. After hitting 2,000 followers on our Twitter, http://twitter.com/SHEboutique , we chose one lucky lady to receive a $250 SHE credit to be spent on our web store.

Holiday Spirit in Downtown Highland Park!

Contributing to the effort to promote local shopping to Highland Park, Nicolette and Emily helped the Highland Park Alliance to create some decorations!

For Fashion Week Highland Park, mannequins were decorated to celebrate Highland Park as a fashion central in Chicago's North Shore community.

This holiday season, Team SHE and the Alliance are pulling out all of the stops to decorate Downtown Highland Park. Railroad crossing inspired signs were infused with the holiday spirit. "Shop Downtown HP" "Happy New Year" & "Home For The Holidays" are just some of the uplifting messages scattered around Downtown HP.

To make holiday shopping in Highland Park that much more special, the Alliance created over 200 "Golden Ticket" candybars, wrapped with the ShopHP logo. Each candy bar was sold for $1, and contained a $1 ShopHP giftcard, usable at any participating Downtown HP retailer (at this point... EVERYONE is participating). One candy bar in particular contained the Golden Ticket, a $500 ShopHP giftcard.

Who's going to be the lucky winner??? I guess we will all have to wait and find out!

In the meantime, SHE is having its own little giveaway contest. Come into the store and drop off your business card, or fill one out, for a chance to will a $100 SHEcard.  Among other contests, once our Twitter follower count hits 2000, a follwer will be chosen at random to receive a $250 SHEcard!

"The WAM Bands have arrived"

Drum-roll please.

A door opens, the sun pours in - shining and reflecting across our lacquered white floors.  A man.  Tall, dark, handsome... He bears a slight resemblance to A Streetcard Named Desire-era Marlon Brando, in fact.  He wears all brown.  Suddenly, a gleam of sunshine flickers, revealing a large, brown paper package.

"WHAT COULD THIS BE?!" We all whisper, smiles brimming with child-like excitement.  Our brown-clad Dapper Dan comes close enough to reveal his face: he is Dwayne, our beloved UPS Driver.

"I come bearing gifts!"  He exclaims.  He raises his sculpted arm and crosses his chest, pulling a sleek, tri-folded paper from his breast.  "Whitney Marbach," he reads.

Suddenly, a crash on the floor!  Nicolette has toppled from her chair.  Dwayne falls to his knees to console the poor girl.  She blinks - a sign of life! 

"What happened??"  She asks in a soft, airy voice.

...

"The WAM Bands have arrived."

Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice

'Tis the season for holiday cocktail parties, kissing under mistletoe, and cozying up in front of the fireplace.  The common thread between this festive trio?  One must look fabulous to effectively execute all three!  How to look fabulous during the holidays?

Step one: Your face. Winter does terrible things to our poor complexions - dry, blemished, yuk, yuk, yuk!  Treat yourself to a fab face regimen fit for a queen.  SHE Skin has everything you need for the perfect holiday glow.
